Hi, I’m Juan — a registered nutritionist - with a First-Class Honours degree in Human Nutrition from London Metropolitan University. I bring over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 2 Coach.

I specialise in supporting individuals and communities to improve performance, energy, and long-term wellbeing — whether that’s through 1:1 coaching, workplace wellness talks, team sport nutrition support, or school-based education.
